Excellent service
I’ve been with Nissan for over 15 years. Customer service here is superb. Doing business with Nissan is always pleasant. I would definitely recommend El Paso Nissan to anyone.

Timely Service
I've been a long-time customer of Casa Nissan. I needed a new battery for my "09" Maxima at the last minute, so called Casa Nissan service department for an appointment. Spoke w/Leonard Quintana (Svc Advisor) he told me he could take care of me that afternoon. After arriving, I was in/out a little over an hour and back on the road. Thanks for the last minute professional service.

First new car service
Went to get my first oil change and inspection. Service associate Orlando was prompt and cordial. Casa Nissan went above what I expected. They even updated my sound system with an update. Good job!

Good car, and the sales associates were polite, professional, and accommodating. They answered all my questions, addressed my few concerns, and provided a quality customer experience. There were a few hiccups but nothing that would make me say I had a bad experience here.
