Very professional and punctual from the rep that came out to take my measurements to the installers that came to install the fence. Would absolutely use cascade again in the future and recommend them to friends. There was a bit of confusion when it came down to the exact measurements for the fence but that was more my fault than cascades. Make sure you double check the contract you sign. Cascade Deck and Fence just completed the replacement of my side and front decks. Cascade Deck and Fence exceeded my expectations! I could not be happier. Worked with Cascade Fence and Deck to rebuild a pergola on our side porch. Great communication throughout the planning process. Started by sending a little video in. Kory and David came out a couple of times to take a look at the job site and discuss the build. They put together an impressively detailed rendering of the structure to be built, and adjusted it based on our feedback. We highly recommend Cascade Deck and Fence! David, Frank and Rylan were very professional and put in the extra effort to stay late and complete the railings job in one day. The communication, from requesting a bid to the end process, was excellent.
