Customer service is great! They followed up a year after install and were out next day to make a small correction to my sagging gate that very well could have been from the kids. Levi did a great job on the repair!

Cascade recently rebuilt my porch and I am very pleased with how everything turned out. I messaged the job foreman a day after everything had been finished, noticing a small cosmetic issue, and they came the next day to fix it. The work was done quickly and at appropriate hours. We couldn’t be happier with the job that everyone at Cascade Fence & Deck did with our new vinyl fence. Lukas, Blake, Darran and Aaran were all terrific and highly professional! The whole team went out of their way to work with our landscaper, Blessing Landscapes, to make sure everything went just right. I hired Cascade Fence and Deck to replace my existing deck, along with railings on my front porch and small wrap around stairs out the garage. I am very happy with the finished project! Cascade Fence has done two great jobs for me. They were as good the second time, even though the it was a smaller job. The whole team communication system works and they do what they say they will, when they say they will. Tavis and Ty were great and kept me up on changes and recommendations - not just a job, but a nice work of art!
Highly recommend Cascade Fence & Deck who built our wood hybrid backyard patio cover. The planning and estimation from Lukas with a detailed presentation on the project helped us make the right decision on going with the wood hybrid design and also see how the final product would look like. Cascade is incredibly good at what they do. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship, this is your group. From design ideas to customer service, to craftsmanship and quality materials (including warranties) my experience was top-notch. Highly recommended in SW Washington and Oregon. Tavis and Ty were amazing with regard to daily communication, skilled productivity and being customer focused.
