This is my second project with Cascade Fence and Deck. I reviewed the first project in 2017 as a five star rating. This fencing project gets the same five stars from me again. The company was quick to respond to my quote request and very reasonable on pricing. Scheduling was quick and convenient. The installers, Blake and Michael, texted the day before to confirm the schedule and go through the installation details. The people at Cascade Fence and Deck are the best in the area. They absolutely do the job right down to the last detail. I had them rebuild my back porch and stairs with a custom railing. When I wasn't completely happy with the railing, they came back and now it's exactly what I wanted. They didn't make me feel bad about the rework either. We had a big project with installation of both front and back yard decks and fences. Everyone that worked with us was professional, easy to talk to, knew what they were doing--yet often double-checked with me or my wife just to make sure each detail was what we wanted. Long story - worth the read!! Cascade Fence & Deck constructed a gorgeous cedar fence for us in 2016 that didn’t hold up and they admit now, was an unfavorable and faulty design that they ceased selling shortly after ours was put up. They did come out to work on the fence (at no charge) in 2018 and shore it up but unfortunately that failed to produce lasting results. Good experience from beginning to end. Mike, Jason, Dylan, Tavis, Ian, and Avin (I think that was everyone) were professional, communicated well, and consulted me appropriately. It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had with contractors. Very happy with my new deck!
We had a wonderful experience working with Cascade Fence and Decking. Omar was our original contact providing us with excellent recommendations on design and details about the build out. This review is long overdue and I have to say both of my experiences with Cascade Fence and Deck have been incredible. This summer I needed to close a gap in my deck railing after removing an exterior fireplace. I called around to a few places and the estimates were significantly more than I wanted to pay. We knew from our first appointment to get a quote that this was the company for us. Our representative was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and had the latest technology to show us all our options on the spot. And it was the same when the crew showed up to install the fence.
