Do not waste your time with this company. I was approved, filled out the contract and was ready to go with the closing date on my property. 1 week from my closing date ********************* completely ghosted me, my husband the realtor and the seller. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! These people are predatory lenders and have zero custimer service. They have reported me 30 days late after I refinanced and a new company paid them off. I have disputed te nformation TO INCLUDE A LETTER FROM THE NEW COMPANY SAYING so and the continually report me late. And they've lied to mother and almost got her to refinance her 5% loan at 9% in the ast few months, WHY ? Good luck dealing with anyone there that has half a brain!
I have applied for a mortgage *********** under the CARES Act due to a financial hardship caused by COVID 19. The CARES Act is actual federal law, which states, your mortgage company must grant *********** when requested, and may not ask the homeowner to fill out any forms, or provide proof of hardship. However, that is exactly what Cascade is telling me I have to do. These people are not following federal law. They are aware of the law, but are completely uncooperative. I have been suffering the same damages as others. I've been charged a $492 late payment in 2/2022 and $20-40 every month when the account is paid on time every month. Csr has no idea why. Called 4 times they won't remove it. Called the loan manager who knows nothing. Wrote customer service 4 emails no answer I'm told to keep paying the late charges for over 2.5 years. I am ready to file a civil complaint and join or start a class action lawsuit for illegal and deceptive practices and fraud.
My 70 yrs old mother called to see if she can get an extension on her ****. A woman got rude to her and called her lazy. She started saying some bad things. How can someone talk to a 70 yrs old with bad health like that.
This was the WORST Company I have ever dealt with in my life. There was little to no information given unless it was something they wanted or needed. Consistently changed the APR %, had us initially approved for less than 3% and almost 4 months later said a appraisal had not been done so now the rate was going to be almost 7%. This business is misleading. I always paid my **** online on time. When tried to make a payment this month (March 2022), the balance due was zero. I was assuming since the balance due was zero that I was done making payments. I assumed that I would be getting a title in the mail. I called them and they said I had a deferred balance.
