Casey Jones was great, Mutual of Omaha was slow, asking for info that I had sent, they took so long, that they then wanted updated info I had not even received. If it had not even for Case, I would have gone with another Lender.

We had to answer our own questions, our communication was via text and app. Not personal, once our loan closed Mutual of Omaha sold our loan to another firm.

Entire process took too long and we had to pay additional costs to extend rate lock multiple times. Company should be more realistic up front as respects the amount of time needed to process all the paperwork.

Casey was fine, but follow through and others that you hired was appalling at best. You sent over an attorney to my home who we thought would be helpful, but instead we got Rommel. Your title company's attorney did not send out payments on time so additional CHARGES (that I will NOT PAY) will occur. I was supposed to get a cash out, but did not receive anything, and STILL haven't received anything. My bank that was supposed to be paid off hasn't been paid off. May be seeking legal help.

I was contacted multiple times, sometimes on the same day, by Mutual of Omaha agents trying to sell me a refi, despite the fact that I was already in the process of getting on with you guys.
