The communication needs more attention. I truly understand being busy. But when a customer decides to use your services there needs to be a level of commitment to follow up. There should never be point to which the customer feels that they are shaky and only when the call every day the response should not be “ Oh I just this email.” Keep them in the loop.

Casey Jones exceeded expectations until our closing date. After we signed our paperwork our title company was not given all the information for our wire. When we reached out to Casey he told us our old mortgage app just did not update. We should have closed on 5/19/21. After hours of our own follow up we were finally fully funded over a month later on 6/24. This cost us an unexpected June payment to USAA.
