When visiting Dr. Stelter I have always been treated with excellent care. He is very kind, comforting, and knowledgeable; he treats you as if you are the only patient receiving assistance, e.g., he listen carefully to your concerns, taking time to respond clearly and effectively. Dr. Stelter was recommended to me by a friend who spoke very highly of him. The staff members are also friendly and courteous. It's a great place to go when you're "feeling kinda lowly."
Dr Stelter attentively listens to his patients to reach a decisive prognosis and prescribe a successful course of treatment. The best family practice physician I have known. I always have complete confidence in his prognosis and his course of treatment.
Dr Stelter listens. I mean truely listens. He has compassion for his patiences. He takes the time to answer your questions, even if your question seems a liitle silly. He makes you feel comfortable which is so important with your Doctor.
Dr. Stelter is very caring and honestly listens to concerns of those patients he is seeing. He takes the time to answer questions and concerns and doesn't seem like he is in rush to get out of the room.
Have had a really really bad experiences with Casey since he has transitioned to working with the Ogden Clinic. My experience is that he and his office seem to be incapable of properly resolving patient concerns. I was overbilled quite badly for a recent visit. In addition, I inquired with his office to extend a prescription by 2 days so that I could fill my last refill and he opted to not work with the pharmacy to allow me to fill it. Absolutely horrible patient support by this doctor. My recommendation is find somebody tha... read more
I always felt brushes off and when I would try to make an apt. with him I would end up seeing his Physician Assistant and hevwas never there. That really bothered me that I was being charged to see a doctor but wasnt actually getting to see one. I have since found a new doctor at Tanner Clinic and am much happier.
I really wanted to be a patient with Dr. Stelter, as I am in need of a new physician as mine became the new head Dr. for do-'Terra and the clinic that he left has fallen off sharply. I have an accepted plan which says he is accepting new patients, but just not Medicare. I have shopped for a new Dr. and this is the guy I would love to have as my new physician. I live very close to the clinic, but was only able to get an appointment with a Nurse Practitioner in the Layton Clinic. too far away!
No return visit for me. Found out upon arrival that they do not accept my top level insurance plan . Yet, they do take the Medicare plan from the same provider . I was told I could pay out of pocket to see the Dr . But why would I do that if I cannot continue service with the Dr ? Very disappointed .
