Awesome practice. I have always been able to make an appointment when I need one. I leave my appointments with all my questions answered and knowing that I was taken care in the best way.
I visited the Layton Family Medical Center to establish with a new doctor. This was my first experience though I had had good recommendations from a family member and a friend. I was impressed with the entire experience. The receptionists were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The nurse was also friendly and efficient. I was also impressed with Dr. Stelter and felt very comfortable being his patient. The next day I went to the lab for blood work and I had most of the results later that day!
Since recently having moved from California I have been in need of a good Dr., a friend recommended Dr. Stelter and after visiting other practices close to my home I made the decision to give his office a try. After the initial visit I was very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff and Dr. Stelters attentiveness to my needs as a patient. I am grateful that I have found Dr. Stelter!!
Dr. Stetler and the staff at Layton Medical were wonderful. My young son was very sick and already misdiagnosed at another facility. At Layton Medical we were taken care of quickly and efficiently. They also were sensitive to my son's special needs (autism). I have changed my children's care to Layton Medical based on our experience.
When visiting Dr. Stelter I have always been treated with excellent care. He is very kind, comforting, and knowledgeable; he treats you as if you are the only patient receiving assistance, e.g., he listen carefully to your concerns, taking time to respond clearly and effectively. Dr. Stelter was recommended to me by a friend who spoke very highly of him. The staff members are also friendly and courteous. It's a great place to go when you're "feeling kinda lowly."
Dr Stelter attentively listens to his patients to reach a decisive prognosis and prescribe a successful course of treatment. The best family practice physician I have known. I always have complete confidence in his prognosis and his course of treatment.
Dr Stelter listens. I mean truely listens. He has compassion for his patiences. He takes the time to answer your questions, even if your question seems a liitle silly. He makes you feel comfortable which is so important with your Doctor.
Dr. Stelter is very caring and honestly listens to concerns of those patients he is seeing. He takes the time to answer questions and concerns and doesn't seem like he is in rush to get out of the room.
