I am a 70 year old, retired government worker, with atrial fibrillation. I called Cass Plumbing the week of 8/7/2023 to schedule a faulty tub overflow repair. after missed appointments, numerous call backs, and rescheduled visits, a plumber “Tony” finally showed up last Thursday, but stated he did not have a plumbing tool (???.) and a “part.” So, the repair was not done. The gentleman that came to give me a quotes pricing was outrageous to begin with. $250 for a permit? They cost $75! They never followed up with me or sent my formal quote as I was promised. So basically you just sent a stranger to my house for NOTHING but to waste my time. The next day I had another renowned plumbing company come in to quote replacing my water heater & their cost was less than Cass AND they spotted a few code violations.
