Nate and his team are outstanding. His knowledge of the market is impeccable. He treated us as the most important client ever, even though ours was not a large commission sale. So, obviously he treats all his clients that way. As former military officer, I have bought and sold a few properties in my day. Nate and his team are by far the best I have experienced.

Nate is professional and knowledgeable about all the requirements and regulations when sell land . Even though it took a little time because of the market . He helped move the sale of my property quickly and stayed kept positive attitude .Acting quickly with the potential buyer really made the difference with the way the market was at that time . Since that time my relationship with Nate has been great , I would recommend him for any properties I have in the future .

Lacey with Downtown Country Real Estate in Tehachapi was AWESOME throughout our entire home buying experience! I just bought a cabin and used Castle Oak Homes. My agent was Marianna Gutierrez. She was great, attentive, and always ready to answer any of my questions. Marianna was professional. I had other agents set-up appointments and not show, but Marianna was on time and willing to show any cabin or house any time. When i buy another home I'm definitely using Marianna again.
