I love the way a real Western store smells. You can immediately know you're in one from the leather aroma. This is a smallish Western store but the staff was very friendly. While there were some crazy (and I mean crazy) boot styles here, there is definitely something for everyone!
Cavender's Western Wear has EVERYTHING a Cowgirl/Cowboy could possible want or need OR if you're like me and just want to add a rockin' pair of boots to your wardrobe, you can find it here! Today's visit was not about me though. It was my husband birthday and he wanted a new pair of cowboy boots and a belt. Cavenders carries a HUGE selection of boots, western wear, belts/buckles, jewelry, hats, etc. for the whole family - from adults to littles! This is by far the best Country Western clothing store in Tulsa. Miles above others that will not be named, but we all know who they are. 1st of all the absolutely best staff. They are always super friendly and extremely helpful. We come back here to Tulsa once, maybe twice a year, and stop in Cavenders and this time one of staff recognized us from the past trip..you gotta love it. Great selection and the service was really nice. They were very helpful. The place was huge.
My truck was dead and needed a jump after leaving cavenders, went back in and asked the store manager Larry if he could help me jump it, he dropped what he was doing and immediately came out and helped, definitely gonna remember Larry and how helpful he was.
Very helpful staff! They have a great selection... we were able to get 5 pairs of boots for all the grandchildren.
Came to this location to purchase my first boots of my own since I was a kid. Sallie Mosler was the lady that helped me through step by step what I was looking for, what to watch for and everything that I needed to know about owning a pair. She was really kind, helpful and made the experience very smooth and not as overwhelming as expected for buying my first pair. Thanks Sallie!
Must stop by Cavenders the staff is treffiac they go out of there way to help you. Very friendly, and stop by the boot bar to clean and reshape your hat. No cost to you tips only and we'll worth it. Thanks Daniel F
The selection is good but pricey. Customer service is however close to non existent. Employees seem to want to be on their phones way too much. Last time I was here the employees were extremely helpful.
