Needed help with a sz and color for a pr of boots not in store- the associate at the counter (super long nails) told me those boots didn't come in black, and they did. Also told me she guessed they didn't have any more, offered no help whatsoever. Poor service led me to finally order online. Her nails though .
Long check-out line with only one register. To compound the problem, it took three employees to operate one register. No one knew what they were doing. The gentleman in front of me used a check which caused a 5-minute delay in trying to find an employee who know how to process a check.
