All I can say is that I only wish other retail stores had the staff and customer service down like I experienced today. My 3 year old son and I needed new outfits for a wedding this weekend. When I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Kayla. Her smile and attitude quickly let me know I was going to be in good hands. Appreciated the team at Cavender's Denton very much. Needed my boots stretched for an event that evening and I was looking for a new pair of boots. They went above and beyond to completely address both asks and even polished my Anderson Bean''s to my surprise. Excellent service and attention to detail. I have a new "go-to"' for all of my future boots and western wear purchases.

We went to Cavender's in Denton. They had an amazing selections and plenty of different brands. Today was our first visit and first time to purchase boots and a cowboy hat. Rusty was very helpful and informative. He was able to help us with boot sizing and form my hat. We are looking forward to more visits in the future. Thank you Rusty for the great service.

If you want a good hat shaped, Angel is the man to do it. Great selection of hats to choose from as well. Great customer service.

Had a great shopping experience when I came to buy an American straw hat. Angel helped me pick the right one for me and he shaped it too my liking. He's a great guy and he knows what he's doing. His coworker Carlos also helped me with my straw hat, he seems like a nice guy. 100/10 recommended these guys for any of your hat needs.

upon my recent visit to cavenders a nice young man named taylor helped me with trying to locate large size Ariat jacket that showed that had in stock. He looked for an hour and could no locate it but offered to order it and call other stores for me. this is the kind of customer service this world is lacking and it was a nice change!

On July 3, 2026, at around 1:00 p.m., my girlfriend and I visited the Cavender's location in Denton off I-35 because I needed a straw hat for work. When we entered the store, we were greeted, which I appreciated. I then went to the hat bar, where only one employee, who I forgot his name but he had a blonde burst fade/mullet with a pencil thin mustache was assisting a family of four. My brother and I went shopping to get some things for his wedding. All went well until we were looking at the belt buckles at the register, i asked how much a certain one was and he told me the price of $120. I told him to go ahead and put it back because that's not worth it to me and the store associate replied to me "well come back when you make more money" i was furious but i kept my mouth shut. very unprofessional. even other customers were in shock.
