My brother and I went shopping to get some things for his wedding. All went well until we were looking at the belt buckles at the register, i asked how much a certain one was and he told me the price of $120. I told him to go ahead and put it back because that's not worth it to me and the store associate replied to me "well come back when you make more money" i was furious but i kept my mouth shut. very unprofessional. even other customers were in shock.
I had high hopes with this store, I came in looking for a belt and no one greeted me when there were about 6 people at check out. I went behind the store there were girls walking around giving us dirty looks but never asked if we needed help. I love Cavender's, other locations are so much different; friendly and welcoming but this location needs to work on their customer service skills. I will never return to your Denton location.
Absolutely rude customer service, my sister asked for help looking for a certain hat, then she asked for a box and the girl Ridley looked at her and told her they're we're no more for these hats. Will not be returning anytime soon
