The girl with the whole pink outfit was not giving she looked like she doesn't like her job and dint want to help me and she didn't greet us .
Rude female staff talking in Spanish about customers. Staff member was on phone talking rudely back to customer mumbling under breath. Very slow service and hat sizes were mixed around in different boxes and sold wrong to previous customers. No options for hats and were not helpful finding sizes. Won't be coming back to this location, it was very unprofessional and it seems like these 2 female staff members hate their job.
i live in ft worth but i was in this area & my son needed an outfit for that night so just happened to stop here. the place itself was big & had a good selection but customer service was horrible. not one person offered to help me , even when i did ask for help on a correct size hat for my son they barely even said a sentence. ( by they i mean the whole 4 people they had behind the register) never again will i come to this location, i'll just stick to my side of town !
