I took my George straight resistol 10x straw hat here had them shape it I just put it in a box hadn't wore it since I had it shaped finally took it out of the box to where and noticed that they broke my brim on one side of you need a hat shaped go to Atwood's hat co In Frankston Texas don't take your hat here
Sooo as me and my husband come to shop for some clothes at the new Cavender's in Tyler tx, I was pretty disappointed. So we come in and 1. I wasn't greeted like every one else was. (Gave them the benefit of the doubt) 2. We come to check out and the lady up front didn't even say a word to us, she kept talking to her co-workers or new customers that kept coming in,, she proceeds to get my jeans and check them out and still no word from her I was hoping for her to give me the total after putting my clothes in the bag. After purchasing the wrong size jeans for Xmas, I went to the store to exchange them for a larger size. I had my receipt (which they did not honor) and made me pay a higher cost for the exchange. The store claimed that it didn't matter that I had a receipt and at the time of purchase they were on sale. I will never shop at Cavender's again. You lost a valued longtime customer over $12.00.
Very rude cashier. Perfer spending my cash were there is better customer appreciation. Store was clean, and a good selection, however customer service is lacking
Every time you try to order something from the catalog online and you think you're getting a good deal that's on there it's a warehouse comes back a day later and says it's sold out with a lot of false advertisement . I will never order from them again I ordered twice and it happened to me . The first summer service I've ever had and they still have a refund in my second order money
I love the boots, shoes, clothes, purses, Ect. But I feel very uncomfortable when shopping there. Employees walk around watching you and starring at you, making sure you don't steal anything, and it's annoying and disrespectful, and the girls there give you dirty looks like they're better than you!
this company double charged me for some boots and now i can't get the charge credited!!! this is definitely not the way to do business!!! never use this company again!!!
Ordered a product that was advertised in stock. Turns out it was not in stock and they kept my money until I called and complained to give it back! Will never recommend!!
Love the clothes and boots but customer service is horrible. I feel uncomfortable have the time in there because of the looks the girls give as well as hearing them talking about customers. Need to get more mature and respectful employees.
