The only reason I rated it a 2 is because of their good selection of cute clothes and boots, otherwise it wouldn't have recieved any stars. The service at the Tyler location is TERRIBLE. There are 3 or 4 helpful people in there but for the most part it's a bunch of young people talking and being extremely lazy and rude. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
Do not go by the hours posted on the door. The lazy staff will open or close when they want and help you in the time they want. I understand a relaxed way of life, I also understand business. Apparently more than the employees. Irregardless of the overpriced products and selection in the store. I will no longer be shopping at cavender's. I would rather drive to Dallas than shop here.
