After the most insane and exhausting experience at boot barn, my husband and I came here to find work boots for his job starting Monday (this was Saturday before). He was able to find everything he needed and the worker that assisted him in the boots section was so knowledgeable and explained so much about the type of boots he wanted. We got great recommendations and so far my husband loves his boots! Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!!!
I want to start of by saying that Jason was super nice & helpful. My one star is going to Julisa and her attitude towards my family & I was nasty to say the least. Horrible experience; with julisa customer service. Thank you Jason for going out of your way to try to help us.
Cavender’s in Orlando is an exceptional store with an impressive selection of boots, hats, and western wear. The quality and variety are top-notch, and the store is well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you need. A special shoutout to Jason, who provided outstanding customer service—he was knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area!
Boot selections is awesome. Customer service is excellent. The only disturbing thing I saw was the lady that worked there wearing a really tight red dress. She looked like a very badly wrapped sausage. Love my boots though!
Im glad this was my last stop. I called boot barn yesterday where I specifically asked if they had my size 8.5ee and eh rated in certain boot brands. Two girls I spoke to told me yes and I drove two hours to boot barn to find out 1 they don’t carry EH rated and 2 don’t have my size.
