The employees seriously need to go to Houston and get some store training! It was pretty bad. It took at least an hour and 5 little kids to understand that I bought boots online, I was EXCHANGING them for another pair. I just hope that I actually get the boots I had to “special order” in a week!! I guess being from Houston and shopping at Cavender’s growing up, you just get spoiled to the hospitality and loyalty to the name! But, I will NOT be back to this one. Online or Houston shopping for this girl.
