Manager’s are terrible. Restrooms are dirty and boots are mismatched. Cavenders low pay while charging high prices to customers is the reason they can’t get good help.

It’s ashamed that this store doesn’t carry the aura wrangler style jeans like I bought less than 6 months ago. I asked the young lady who worked there if there was any in stock. She was like it doesn’t look like it. So I asked for suggestions of another style of jeans, she was like grab you a few and try them on and walked off back to cashier. You need to teach your employees to have better customer service.

Horrible service. Approximately 15-20 employees working, well if you want to call it that, more like socializing with each other. Female employees wearing what looks like should be worn to a club or even a strip club. Saw way more cleavage than you would think at a clothing store. Line had about 10 people in it before someone thought to get another cashier.
