Great selection of boots and clothes but the staff seems like they all hate their lives.. no help even when you ask for it. And robots working the register.
Totally different experience than the other review. Very nice staff and if you're looking for boots and western wear, this is the place. Awesome selection from basic work boots to high end $1,200 pairs. Good selection of kid's boots as well.
Service just as well had been self-service/self-checkout. Attendants appear to be bothered when the customer requests assistance. The cashier couldn't figure out how to process a credit payment . There is none to a limited selection in shoe products

Rude!!!! The girl at the register was very rude and snotty. Like honey I make more money than you did in a month in a week. Stick your nose up elsewhere. Horrible never going back. We dropped over $500
02/18/23 8:25pm I had such a horrible experience at this Cavender's this evening. My wife was browsing shirts while I went to look for jeans and boots. I found the jeans I was looking for then I went to see what they had in boots. As I went down the isle of my size, (isles are categorized by size) I saw there were 2 employees sitting on one of the benches you use to sit & try on boots. I tried to exchange a pair of jeans & had questions about sizing. When the person who is helping you cannot speak English, they are no help.
Placed an online order for a birthday present that wasn't recieved. I called and left a message because there were 19 people in line in front of me. I never received a response so I called back. I held for 30 minutes this time before I was forced to leave another message that also wasn't returned. I then started emailing. I sent 2 emails that were also never responded to. Then I received a message stating that they had cancelled my order. I wouldn't shop here again.
I went in this morning just browsing. They have some cute stuff. Love the shirts. However, no one person acknowledged me. No smiles. Just ignore. I tried to strike up a conversation and he never even looked at me. Very unlike small town business especially Odessa
