After waiting for help at the hat counter, my daughter had to go to the front to ask somebody to please help. They were all standing around in a circle chatting. Two of them finally came over to help and they could not crease a hat. In fact, there was nobody in the entire building that could crease a hat. This was at 445. They informed me that they would not have anybody back until 545 and they closed at seven. This is completely ridiculous. Especially for this time of year. 3 good ones are better than 9 crappy ones!!!
I very rarely leave reviews , but it's consistently this way so I really feel I need to . I can never seem to get any help in the odessa location, to the point to where I leave to go to the midland one because their customer service over there is so much better . I've gone with male friends and they basically get asked if they need help every couple minutes , when I legit need help and can't get anything . Not sure if that's coincidence or not , but still. I would have to say the young girls behind counter were rude, they never spoke when my husband and I entered and they were all gathered behind counter. I looked for a pair of jeans in plus size for me well over 45 minutes no one ever spoke with me. My husband found himself a shirt but since I was unable to find anything he decided to put back and we drove to the Midland Cavenders and was greeted and spoke to and smiled at.
