I came in here looking for my first cowboy hat and was a bit anxious. I didn't know what to expect. There was a guy named Matt that worked the hat bar and was super friendly and helpful. He basically told me everything I needed to know about one. I was just going to buy a cheap one just in case I didn't like it. However, I ended up spending close to $400 and couldn't be happier. I absolutely love my hat and totally recommend that place.

If you need help with ANY type of western wear..go see Ms. "Sam". She is the manager here, and she is simply amazing! SO...VERY...HELPFUL! After discovering they didn't have the boot that I wanted, in my size...she proceeded to track the exact pair of boots that I needed...in AUSTIN, TX! I was flying to Austin later in the week...and she, said, "let me see if I can find a a pair around there"...after literally 20 minutes on her computer and the phone...she found them! My first trip to Horsetown East. I took an old hat to have it reshaped. Dusty did a great job. All of the employees were real nice and helpful. I even found a new Stetson to take home. I'll be going back soon for a new pair of boots.

My boyfriend and I went to go fix his wool hat and we were directed to Matt to helf us out. This is some of the best customer service I've ever had! He made us feel comfortable and welcomed and kept making conversation the whole time which was amazing. Also, he molded the hat cery nicely and listened to our needs! Definitely coming back here

Drove an hour to specifically come to this location (I live 5 mins from the Marietta store...their Yelp review from me isn't as pleasant) I have bought every pair of boots that I own from this store they are always friendly and not too pushy. Kathy was great.

This place is awesome. Great service and prices. These guys and gals know their stuff. From western boots to work boots to clothing they have it all and if not they will order it for you.

I was so excited to find their large selection of men's jeans with very competitive pricing. We so enjoyed touring the store and viewing the huge selection of taxidermy. The children were thrilled. They also liked the charming and unusual toy selection. Their woman's selection is awesome, although somewhat overpriced.

Great selection, unique items and the only tack shop East of Atlanta that is this large Has both English and Western, but specializes in Western. Not the best prices, but fair compared to other physical tack shops (as compared to online).

This place has gone downhill over the years with staff who are not as knowledgeable about the products it sells. The hat shaper did a terrible job on a hat he was trying to sell me on I eventually returned. This place is missing the presence of the old school guys who actually live the lifestyle and don't just throw on western clothing. Too many kids in charge
