I've been a customer of Horsetown East/Cavenders in Snellville for at least 15 years. In the past, I would always go to Horsetown for horse tack, boots, treats, etc. Since they've rebranded and combined with Cavenders, they've transitioned to minimal tack, added a Hat Bar, and focused primarily on clothing. Beware of their return policy! Just got scammed out of $500... I never shop here and was unaware of their no refund policy. I decided to buy a nice pair of boots for my wife for Valentine's day and their sales staff helped me pick out a very nice pair of boots as a gift for her. Not once did they tell me about their return policy while picking out a $450 pair of boots and leather conditioner, pushing the final bill to almost $500. There is a note under the glass by the register and on the door coming in that I didn't see. I didn't pay attention to this small detail, and no one that worked there told me when I was checking out. I even asked one of the ladies that was helping me if I could return the item. I think they should let you know there store policy before you pay. NO REFUNDS! Only store credit. I didn't want to spend money there....ugh. :/

Every time I go in here, EVERY TIME. No matter if it is alone, with my parents, with my grandparents, or girlfriend, we get followed around the store by employees who will start rearranging clothing or whatever is close when we look up at them. Not much attempt to offer service, but feels more like they think we are going to rob them blind. I love a lot of the items but refuse to even set foot in this place anymore due to the way the employees act.

I never thought I would say this about this place!! But they carry products they don't stand behind! I have purchased about 15 pairs of Miss Me jeans from them, 10 Roar shirts all my husbands Rock N Roll jeans and the one pair I bought most recent split at a seam. They won't even give me an in store credit or anything toward another pair. They have LOST MY BUSINESS!! I will be going to Locust Grove where they obviously care!

I bought a pair of Levi jeans there that was supposed to be my size. They were marked 36x32 but when I got home and put them on they were way too long. I returned to the store and the lady ay the register knew right away what the problem was. She measured them and one leg was cut far too long and the other leg was just too long. How would she know they were defective so quick? I suspect they are buying seconds and selling them at a premium price. That's my last trip to their store.

BUYER BEWARE Never shop in a store that has a NO REFUNDS policy. All the business cares about is your money .......not your satisfaction. When I woke up a couple of weeks ago I was pretty sure it was 2016. However after shopping at Horsetown East and Horsetown West I must have stepped back into the 1940's. Call ahead to ensure they have your feed in stock. Only catch, even if they claim to have it, there is still a chance no one checked the feed trailer to officially verify. Be sure to call and wait for them to physically check for the items status before making the drive. This has occurred twice for me; lesson learned.

I hate to say it but when it comes to boots there is no reason to go here but to try something on. They offer no kind of additional service or guarantee, so if you have a problem with your boots you have to deal with the manufacturer to have them fixed or replaced. You might as well save the gas and 10% mark up and buy them off the internet The customer service goes right out the window if you point this out to them too
