I drive an hour to come shop at Cavender's for all my boots and jeans. One of the Sales Associates, Gregg, is by far the best you will get to help you find the perfect western wear. I could spend hours shopping, because he makes the visit worth it with his great personality! Gregg has drawn me back everytime as a repeat customer because of his willingness to help. This place has some pretty neat stuff! It's a great place to find clothes, cowboy boots, and cowboy hats. Staff here is really friendly too.
Warm and personable staff!! I Talked to Jake over the phone asking about their hats. I decided I would be coming in to try them on and he told me to ask for him when I got there so he could help assist. When I arrived two days later, Jake helped me try on and then "the hat man" came over and guided me to the right one. Wonderful experience
Great place. They have so many boots and great price on jeans. A lot of sale racks , and I love that. They have boots , belts , jeans, shirts, purse, Sandler, hats, anything western you would want.
Went here to get stuff for Rock the South. The store was super nice and staff was very nice. Honest Larry was a very nice man and very helpful. Will be back!
Huge selection of boots and western wear, and very nice store in general. However, they could use some customer service tips! The older man that helped with our boot selection was nice, but a little too clingy. The man that checked us out (shorter guy with dark hair and glasses) was down right rude when we asked about scuffs on the boots and what could be done to even them out. One of my new favorites! Huge selection of western boots. They offer free stretching if you need the boot or calf stretched. (Which if you go to a shoe shop is a minor $18!) Lovely selection of tops, jeans, boots, accessories, hats and other fun items! They offer women, men and children sizes in everything! Sign up for their rewards for extra savings and fun coupons.
