Was looking for a pair of boots I found online. Talked to the older balding guy who was stocking and he was very unhelpful. Very rude customer service will not go back and will recommend others not to as well. Hoover location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I work in retail and I WOULD NEVER be allowed to act the way I just witnessed 3 girls act that work at the hoover location. VERY unsatisfactory. We come in and the girls are trying on THE clothes and running around making tiktoks in them. NEVER once did they say hello how are you etc. They had left all of their belongings in the dressing rooms and we had to use one with one of the girls clothes in their with us. I went to Cavenders to buy a good quality stetson hat with beaver fur. I called ahead and talked to Larry. In charge of hats. He showed me hats and said they were 6x beaver blend. I had read they should have stated inside of hat that information. It did not. He insisted it was beaver fur blend with rabbit. I asked if he would write that on sales receipt. He refused. If you are a cowboy or western nut this is your place!! Overpriced mostly what I have seen and not my style at all but had to come see new community store and what's it about. Probably won't be back nothing for me hear I can afford lol
