In August of 2018, we had a silent disaster occurring by a water leak inside the wall between two bathrooms. By the time it was discovered the water had infiltrated both bathrooms two closets, two hallways, living room and dining area. An unbelievable amount of damage. The leak was stopped as soon as discovered. We notified our insurance company, State Farm with the agent Chuck Hall. Everything - from start to finish - was AWESOME!! The crew was prompt and completed the task quickly and efficiently. We were impressed by how what felt like a disaster to us was easily taken care of by them.
Chris and the whole team are super professional and always quick to pick up the phone or to return an email, which unto itself is peace of mind when you have water in your crawl space and 72% humidity in your house. Excellent service! When I found water had poured into a bedroom on a Sat morning Chris was in my home in less than an hour..discovered the HVaC system had overflowed the pan! Lots of water. In less than another hour crew in my home cleaning up the mess. Ceiling removed, carpet pulled up..major drying set up. Had they not worked so fast I’m pretty sure I would have significant damage to the first floor as well. I will forever be appreciative of their fast and very clean, efficient work. Highly recommend this company!

I can't say enough good things about C&B! They were called to clean up after my condo flooded last week. They were there promptly, worked into the night until the water was vacuumed up, and returned for the next several days to remove wet drywall, check for mold, set up multiple dryers and cleaned up after themselves every night. Thanks so much to Cander, Kevin, Sean and the rest of the guys that worked on my condo! All very nice guys that did above and beyond what was asked of them. Sharon Cruver
