A lot of repairs, some big and some small, need to be done. New staff people seem willing to address the issues. We will see!
Property manager is always available. Maintenance is overwhelmed. Operations should breakdown and hire some help. Lawn service is bad. Lots of edging not being completed
You can do maintenance and do it in a timely manner. Repairs to apartments that have been needed for years!!
