I lived there for 3 years. 3 years and nothing in my apartment got fix. NOTHING. I understand they only had one maintenance man, but nothing got fixed. All my door fell off, my toilet upstairs didn’t flush and my boys had a hole in the wall from a squirrel. Also, my bathtub was falling into my pantry. It took me two years to get a new stove because mine was catching on fire. We have had so many landlords and I have given them plenty of list that needed to fix, and nothing. Stacy, was the best landlord that place has had !
New management seems like they may actually fix the things that need fixing here, but we won't know until they are fixed!
A lot of repairs, some big and some small, need to be done. New staff people seem willing to address the issues. We will see!
Property manager is always available. Maintenance is overwhelmed. Operations should breakdown and hire some help. Lawn service is bad. Lots of edging not being completed
You can do maintenance and do it in a timely manner. Repairs to apartments that have been needed for years!! Fix things without having your managers like autumn screaming and yelling at tenants (like me) quit talking and treating tenants like they are 3rd rated citizens We have broken stuff, missing drywall, mold, missing baseboards, in need of paint and flooring, new outlet plugs and the list goes on and on The dumpsters overflow and it looks like the ghetto around here most of the time and autumn and Brandi don’t se... read more
