Dr. Cardwell took care of our boys from the moment we arrived in Texas. Great doctor for 10+ years!
AWFUL. Virtual consult. Took my money. Wouldn’t even reply hello or anything. Refused to provide care for a very simple UTI that she ADVERTISED THAT SHE TREATS VIA telehealth. And said I had to go the ER. SCAM. She just takes your money then refuses to provide care
TOOK MY MONEY. Did not even say hello or answer one question. Refused to provide care & said I should go to emergency room. TOOK MY MONEY & refused to refund. She should lose her medical license. This is a bad doctor.
He will take your money for an office visit but he will not send your prescription from that visit to the pharmacy.
Office staff: The front desk is the worst. They greet you and talk to you nicely but they don't seem to know their job. They have no clue about scheduling, no clue about payments. Not sure why they are there other than to say 'please hold the line' or to check you in once you get to the facility. Doctor: She is okay (nothing exceptional). The office staff is unhelpful rude and just want your money. I have never been treated so horribly by any doctors office. The doctor is also very low quality. In my experience they just want your money and dont care about you or your needs.
Dr. Florence has been seeing my son since he was 2 months old. My son is now 22 months old, doesn’t speak more than baba and mama and shows sign of ASD. We asked Dr. Florence about the speech delay and she asked us to give us more time. If he doesn’t even pass the basics test, she should have recommended us to seek help instead of us asking her to prescribe for speech therapy.While comparing with other doctors we have seen, she is lot less affectionate with our son as her patient.
This practice is all about the money. I had an appt with Dr.Do for medication refills. One week later I sent a message asking if she would send in a prescription for motion sickness patches for a cruise. She prescribed them 10 months ago for another cruise. She said I had to be seen just to get this prescription. I reminded her I just saw her 1 week prior. Dr Cardwell focusses so much on a child's weight & not the whole child. In front of my 9 yr old he goes on and on how you need to eliminate all snacks that are in a package and that if he doesn't he is going to develop diabetes down the road. He has given my child a complex about his weight and is body shaming himself. There are other ways to encourage a healthy lifestyle and a better approach should have been taken.
