I was misdiagnosed, when I in fact had Covid. He didn’t really ask a lot of questions and basically said I had a “tummy bug”. I told him I thought my husband might have Covid and gave it to me and told him my husbands symptoms and he said it was unlikely, which again, didn’t really listen to me, because my husband was tested and it came back positive. Shame on this practice. We have been twice for freezing a wart in the toe of my daughter. We paid our copayment twice , they charge the insurance close fro $300 and than send us a bill for a $100 deductible. How come ? We have excellent health insurance and we already paid our out of pocket deductibles for 2019. For our :2 visits , they never stopped arguing about how good is to be vaccinated against flu and how necessary is to put mercury and formaldehyde in the blood of my daughter. Shame on this practice.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Mathew. I was treated as though myself and my kids were just part of turn and burn medical care. She didn't have any grace for us.

He seemed nice and helpful at first, but actually prescribed a medication for me that should never be given to someone with the pre-existing condition I had. Even after another of my physicians questioned his use of this Rx, he continued to insist I take it despite my debilitating reaction to it. I now know that I almost died because of this medication and likely suffered what could be significant damage from taking it.

No bedside manners. I have gone to him for several years and it seems like he just wants you in and out of there asap. I have had an ongoing medical issue and it appears that he just increases your medication to resolve the issue. I won't be going back to him anymore.

Not very personable and not a lot of personality. Very rushed....seem almost frustrated if you had more than one issue.

Every time I visit the tablets used do not work. This causes distractions to the staff and lack of confidence from the patients. At worst it is dangerous.
