I have been Dr Yossi's patient for 23+years. He acknowledged my pain anxiety and has always talked me through procedures so there were no surprises. Nitrous has been a tool to help also. He and his staff have always worked their best to accommodate my scheduling needs. Dr Yossi and the office staff are all so friendly and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile! These are what have made me a loyal patient, even when I lived out of state for the last 19 years.
I love my dentist office...Cedar Rapids Smile Center!!! Whether I need a cleaning or an emergency appointment they always get me in. I have seen all of the dentists, quite a few of the hygienists and many of the office staff and they are very professional and yet super friendly. Kristi, my dental hygienist, is amazing. I have really sensitive teeth and she is always very gentle. She gives me suggestions of products to use and gives me samples of things that will help my teeth. I never thought I would actually enjoy going to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past but ever since I started coming in January, I've LOVED it! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Watson, Lindsey & Ellen are all so wonderful and genuinely care about how you're doing. I would recommend anyone to them!

I haven't been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time. I was dreading the first time back. There are not enough positive words to describe my experience there today. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Truly exemplary customer service. They helped me come up with a game plan, referred me to a specialist (and even booked that appointment for me), had my insurance coverage figured out, and had price estimates ready and waiting when I got out of the chair. I can honestly say I enjoyed my trip to the dentist.
