I had a previous bad experience at a different local dentist and decided to switch to the Smile Center, so glad I did. They are super friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable.
Never had a bad experience. Dr Yossi is very knowledgeable and experienced and the technicians have all been outstanding!
We absolutely love our dentist! I have a 3 year old and a two year old.... both have gotten all their teeth cleaned!!!! The staff is amazing with kids!!! I love them just as much as my kids do!!! Great place to be!!!! ;)
What a great experience! Like most folks, I loathe going to the dentist...I've had less than spectacular service in the past that has made me reluctant to go. I recently had my first appointment/cleaning at Cedar Rapids Smile Center and was very impressed. The gals on the phone were polite and friendly and worked with my schedule. When I arrived the staff was very friendly and warm, offering coffee and/or bottled water. The waiting area is clean and roomy. Awesome customer experience! I see Dr. Yossi and his assistant Alanna and they always do such a great job! Defiantly make me feel at home! Thank you guys!
Everyone is always so friendly and they treat you like family. They got me in within two hours when I had tooth pain the other day. I have referred several people to this office because I know they will provide them with the same great service.
My family have been patients of the Cedar Rapids Smile Center for many years. All three of the doctors provide care for my family and are extremely caring, have great chairside manner, and do great work. Thank you all for all you do!
