Get directionsThis is a very beautiful community and the staff did a great job with our tour, they took their time showing us around and answering our questions. At the time we were here there was no availability.
This is a brand new community and it looks beautiful. The community is in a good location and is close to a lot of stores. They have an exercise room, pool room and a movie theater room. I think this community would be worth taking a look at.
This place is beautiful. It feels like you arr living in a country club type setting. They offer a gym for the residents. They have beautiful grounds to walk around in. The lady that helped us was very nice. It was just way to expensive.
This property will be nice. It is still under massive construction. They moved their office on site now. It is not ready to be on site. It is a war zone there. There are no longer any models to view. There are cranes everywhere, mud, workers everywhere, and no where to park. It is behind schedule. They are now scheduled to open End of March beginning of April.
My 87 yro mother has lived here for 5 years. This was once the perfect retirement facility with wonderful management ([name removed]and [name removed][name removed]), but the new management is non-responsive and uncaring to the mounting concerns I have with this facility. Prices have risen and food quality, cleaning, maintenance and services have declined precipitously over the last couple of years. I could no longer recommend this facility as being safe for the elderly.
My 90 YO mother has lived here for a few years and she loves it. However, in early January, she tripped over a mat that was rolled up and left in the common area of her building. She broke her hip, required surgery, a lengthy rehab stay, continued physical therapy, and the loss of her ability to walk unaided. Celebration Village and Grace Management have refused to accept any responsibility or liability for the dangerous and unsafe condition on their property. They left the mat lay there for three weeks before being picked u... read more
The staff seems friendly at first. Then we visited our mom different times during the day and you would start seeing how horrible they are. They put on a friendly face when family/visitors are around but when they don't see you its a different story. I visited there multiple times in the past 3 months during different hours. They ignore residents who are trying to get their attention. If your family member on the memory care unit they want to drug them up. They stay slouched over in a chair. Thank God we had our mom removed ... read more
My father was there for 6 months and it was great until he passed away. The staff was sympathetic and caring. Now however there has been constant turnover with staff and they do not do the basic care. Their memory care facility where my father was and now several other friends is more of an afterthought. Some of the staff are gruff and rough.People with alzheimers do not do well with change but that is not a priority any more.If you have a memory care facility the staff needs to be attentive, patient, and on their toes. They are ... read more
I have not spoken with my mother since she has been put in the memory care facility at Celebration Village in Acworth. This was almost 3 months ago. I live in Salt Lake City and when I call, over and over again, the staff at Celebration Village pretend to try and connect me to my Mother. I know this because one time I heard one of the nurses say to [name removed] the front desk person there, "They don't want me talking to her." Who doesn't want my mother talking to me? My brother says she is desperate to leave and so he doe... read more
