My father was there for 6 months and it was great until he passed away.The staff was sympathetic and caring.Now however there has been constant turnover with staff and they do not do the basic care. Their memory care facility where my father was and now several other friends is more of an afterthought. Some of the staff are gruff and rough.People with alzheimers do not do well with change but that is not a priority any more.If you have a memory care facility the staff needs to be attentive,patient,and on their toes.They are ... read more

I have not spoken with my mother since she has been put in the memory care facility at Celebration Village in Acworth. This was almost 3 months ago. I live in Salt Lake City and when I call, over and over again, the staff at Celebration Village pretend to try and connect me to my Mother.
