I would give a 10 for Tahir's customer service but lower for the end product. Tahir was very professional and repaired my screen in 15 minutes. He did mention the color would be slightly different, which is fine. However, the new screen does not work with polarized sunglasses. I would have went to the apple store for an original had I know this. Update: apparently it could have been a bad screen. I opted for a refund and Tahir refunded me without a problem. Thanks.

John, sorry to hear about polarization issue. We buy parts directly from factory, there is a 3% failure rate on parts. Out of every 100 be tend to get 2 to 3 bad screens. Your repair is covered for one year under warranty. I wish you had called or come back to resolve this issue. I will call you to discuss this in details.
My daughter shattered the screen on her iPad 2 weeks after receiving it forChristmas. I sent out a request for a quote to fix it through Yelp and Tahir messaged me almost instantly with a few questions about the model and got a very reasonable quote back to me in minutes. I dropped the iPad off the next morning and he had it back to new within a few hours. He was friendly and professional and I will definitely be back should I need his service again.
Great customer service, very good price for fixing my iPhone 7 screen! And you can only find these competitive prices with a Groupon anywhere else. I've come here twice and the wait time always exceeded my expectations, they are super efficient and do a great job.

I've had the unfortunate experience of shattering two Apple devices, an iPad mini and an iPhone. I can't even blame those incidents on my kids - it's been me each time. That said, I had the fortuitous experience of placing my devices on the extremely capable and honest hands of Tahir at Cellphones4Sure. Both my devices came back as good as new! I've had nothing but stellar customer service each time I've visited and recommend Cellphones4Sure every chance I have!
Tahir is the best! I've gotten my phone fixed here multiple times and Tahir always provides quality service and great prices. I drive 30 minutes past hundreds of closer spots to come to Cell Phones 4 sure because I trust that Tahir will do the best work. Also, one time when my phone was damaged past repair, he did not charge me anything for the 15 minutes he spent diagnosing the problem. Great service and great prices!

Various iPhone repairs have brought me here over the years & I have always been pleased with the service. Prices are reasonable & completion of the repair is timely. Friends I have referred here have been pleased as well. BE AWARE: there are other cell phone & computer repair shops in the building. I was really impressed with how quickly and smoothly they were able to do my repair! I requested an online quote and got one back right away and they said I could bring it in immediately (which was key because I was leaving town the next day). My iPhone 5S screen was unresponsive to touch and also had bars running through it. And my home button had stopped working.
