I'm so glad I found this place! My son shattered his iPhone 5s screen and took it in not sure at all that they could fix it (it was no longer turning on and pieces of the screen were falling off). I dropped it off and picked it up a hour later. $65 (that my son gets to pay)...good as new! Great experience!

Found out after the fact that getting a screen replaced is cheaper at the Apple Store even if you don't have warranty.... I went here because of the good reviews but they definitely ripped me off. Also, a few weeks after getting my screen relaxed this halo ring appeared on the outside of my screen. I will not be back.

This is a pending review. I took my iphone 6 in yesterday for a shattered screen. Yes. I know. Lame. I was walking my animals, cats included, and a bug flew between my eyeball and the inside of eye glasses and I dropped my phone. Anyhow, this place was somewhat quick. When I arrived, the gentlemen at the counter was returning customers calls. Horrible horrible job . Took my iPhone 6 to get the screen fix . Didn't realize the front camera and the voice when someone calls wasn't working . Took it the next day because they said they can fix . And they actually messed my LCD . My phone was turning off and on . They said they'd take it to Apple but they didn't . They restored my iPhone without asking me . All I got was a refund . Horrible job don't recommend this place .

My husband called about an iPad that wouldnt turn on and the gentleman on the phone walked him through fixing it within a minute - no charge. We're going to take a different iPad with a broken screen there later today because the customer service was unbelievable!!!

the gentlemen here was beyond helpful and when I called him they were able to give me same-day service! it only took him a half an hour to do my phone, and it worked perfectly. my screen was so badly cracked that it had almost cut my face so I needed immediate help. Im sure I will come back here even though there are other places closer to my house.

Today I broke my iPhone screen for the first time in my life. I was so bummed. I probably called 10 places but this was the best bang for your buck. When I got there, Syed greeted me and was so welcoming. We ended up talking and he was hilarious the entire time! We timed how quick he could fix my cracked screen and it was under 9 minutes! He does an amazing job and knows what he's doing and is a comedian all at the same time! I highly recommend this company for any cell phone repairs!

This is a long overdue review!! My apologies! This place is fantastic. I brought my Aunt here to get her ipad fixed. All I can say is they did an amazing job. The technician was very professional and courteous. The work done was superb, honest and quick. If I ever need their services they'd be the go to place I'd run to first. They also charge reasonably. Awesome job! Thank you!!

this is the best repair shop in the dfw area...he always treats us like family and rewards your loyalty. never go anywhere else...he is the best
