Dr and staff were very friendly and had great customer service got me in and out very quickly.
I was terrified to get my wisdom teeth pulled (all four) yesterday I went and it felt like 1 second process, after I woke up lol. I haven't had any pain...AT ALL. Happy I went here. The entire office smelled so good and the staff were so nice and didn't act like robots. Oh yeah! I got a cute t shirt and some noodles in a purple drawstring back pack.
Dr. Sheppard and his staff are beyond the best in the Metroplex! You won't find another oral surgeon's office that is this amazing with a staff that is so caring and sweet! Dr. Sheppard is truly a brilliant doctor who cares about his patients. He will always take the time to calm your fears, answer your questions and ensure you're taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Sheppard and his staff are truly an outstanding a courteous group of dental professionals. I had three implants done through his Center for Oral & Dental Surgery with excellent results. Through the entire procedure I took only two asprin and one pain pill. I was very pleased with the surgical procedure.
