Bought Hyundai Elantra 2012 three months ago. Salesperson name is Peter Rizzo. Absolutely great experience. The atmosphere was very friendly, Peter answered all the questions we had, gave some important advises. There was no push. Once we agreed on price there were no further changes or hidden charges. After the purchasing the car Peter offered his help or advice regarding the maintenance. And actually when I called him recently he again was very helpful. IN MY LEASING EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR WHITE PLAINS DEALER, I DEALT PRIMARILY WITH JIM PELKA. I'M 65yrs OLD SO OBVIOUSLY I'VE HAD MANY CARS. First and foremost thank you very much for finding a car in such short notice and time. Inga is very friendly and patient, thats a great plus in my book as a sales person. She did everything possible to get me up to speed with the new Sonata i have. her overall customer service is great, she helped me understand the vehicle in its entire, from inside and out. I came into Hyundai of White Plains and Jim Pelka was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the brand. He answered all my questions. The buying process was the easiest that I have ever experienced. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff and they made my car buying experience a pleasant one. jim pelka was respectful, knowledgeable, and patient from the time he sat next to me during a test drive until the purchase was completed. he made sure i understood all the features of the car, and if any questions arise as the car and i get to know each other i shall not hesitate to call on jim for help. most importantly, from the moment i entered the dealership i did not feel i was being treated differently because i'm a woman. as i'm sure is well known in the business, that is not always the case. assuming all goes well w... read more

Inga was very friendly and did a good job explaining the buying process. She was very knowledgable about the cars features and gave a detailed description of the amenities.
