I was very pleased with the customer service of the sales people at White Plains Hyundai. I had been to several other dealerships in the area in search of a specific style of Veloster . I knew basically what to expect , as far as price and deal that I could manage , just had trouble with the availability of my particular color and package . buying a new car is usually very stressful. My brother had bought a Hyundai from Jim Pelka last year and raved about how well Jum took care of him. So we went to see Jim once again. I went to a few Hyundai dealers and came back to White Plains because of the excellent customer service. I was never pressured into anything and they truly listened to what I had to say. When looking at one car, a dealer said, "If you don't love it here, you won't love it when you take it home." Dealers at other places tried to convince me that cars grow on you. I am extremely pleased with Hyundai of White Plains and recommend this dealership to all future customers.

My overall exeperience was wonderful at Hyundai White Plains. The staff, Jim Pelka, was welcoming yet not overbearing. He was friendly and knowledgible and had a calm inviting personality. He did not make me feel pressured to buy anything which helped calm my nerves and ease the stressors of buying a new vehicle. I had a very positive experience at this dealership, as they treat you as both a customer and a friend. The salesman pete rizzo worked in close harmony with both myself and his sales manager phil to fine tune a complicated transaction in which i traded two cars for a sonata se. A simple handshake firmed up the deal and i have had the car for a week, feeling more and more each day that i did the right thing. hats off to the owner of the agency....mr defeo, pete and phil.....and a great service writer.... juan.

Both Jim and the staff at the Dealership were very helpful, not pushy and actually got a better finance rate than we had walking in. The selection was much better than other dealerships we had visited and everything was handled professionally and quickly. it was important for us because we lost a car suddenly in an accident and had to move cars around and replace the totaled vehicle so we had peace of mind after dealing with Jim, Rick and the other staff at White Plains Hyundai, Ed and Sarah McQuat

This was the second dealer i visted while looking to buy a new car . AFter the first dealership i thought all car dealers were untrustworthy (even more then the stereotype ) . But Tomas was great in every way willing to make a deal, honest , and from the look of it very hard working . i cant speak for the whole place although im sure they are great , but i would 100% recommend tomas to anyone looking to buy a new car and get a fair shake

Jim Pelka(and in fact everyone I delt with at White Plains Hyundai) was very attentive,professional,thorough and knowledgable. I informed them what model I was looking for, what my finances were etc. Everybody pitched in and came up what I wanted and the figure I could afford. I had a very warm feeling from everybody(like I was a family member). No hard pressure,no being talked down to or patronized in any way. Thanks for a great Elantra and a great experiance.

I just had some type of computer malfunction so this may end up being a duplicate response if the original did go out. Trying to be consistant, this is my experience at Hundai of White Plains. Ekntering the premesis on the initial visit we were refered to a salesman who inquired as to our needs regarding a car, and we promptly got a test ride in a Sonota.
