Thank you... my 3 month old golden was bitten by another dog yesterday and everyone at your clinic was wonderful to us. Thankfully no stiches but you were wonderful with her shot and e collar. Highly recommended...!!
So thankful to have a facility like available at any hour. Super quick response when I arrived at 1am. Staff were courteous and caring and the doctor was wonderful. Explained everything, provided pain meds as soon as possible, outlined treatment plan clearly and explained X-rays well. They are always very quick with a estimate and I am always relieved that it is less than expected.
I took my Cavalier King Charles in a few days ago. He was obviously in distress and he was examined by vet tech Veronica within 5 minutes of my arrival and by Dr. Wassef about 5 minutes later. Dr. Wassef felt my dog had ingested some kind of toxin and he explained the testing that was needed and the treatment that might be needed. After not sleeping all night with my yorkie shaking her head and crying we went to this wonderful ER everybody so understanding and gentle with my puppy she has a ear infection they were patient in showing me how to use meds We slept all night last night she is better thank you

They saved my dog who had swallowed a peach pit! She had emergency surgery and she is doing great now! I hope to never see them again but if I need them I will be there. Thank you
