This is where I took Oreo when she pulled a stitch during our Coast trip. Very courteous, and friendly.

Having to visit a pet ER is always difficult but I want to say how pleased I was with the care my pet received. They had a sense of urgency, compassion, and explained all of my options etc. They maintained good communication and insured I fully understood the diagnosis. They treated my pet as family and did everything possible to get him well again. Unfortunately my sweet old guy didn't make it but I'm confident he received the best care available. We took our dog to them because he had stopped eating and pooping. The doctor did an exam and found nothing serious wrong, and then did not charge us for the visit despite the fact that he saw us on a busy Sunday afternoon. Very friendly, gentle vet with a great sense of humor. If we lived closer we would definitely return to them.

We came to Central Coast Pet Hospital with our precious dog, Monkey. The service we received over the course of two days was truly exceptional and everyone we encountered was extremely professional, empathetic, patient and knowledgeable. I cannot express how much the warm and kind general disposition of everyone impacted our family during a highly stressful and difficult time. Thank you to Dr. Zach, Vanessa, Brittany, Sophia, Elia and Shannon.

I took my chihuahua to the pet ER early New Years Eve Having been there on prior occasions I wasn’t expecting a particularly pleasant experience. Although I had good care from one of the vets on call, the other times the money issue and the lack of true concern for my pet spoiled the visit. While I realize getting paid for any business is important it shouldn’t be so openly obvious that running up the bill was first and foremost. Much to my relief Dr Zach transformed the experience. He was concerned, engaged and obviously c... read more

Loved Mandy and Dr. Reed who gave such good care to our little Daisy, our 13 year old "Villages" (senior living) graduate. Daisy feels better already and I can hear her eating.
