They were very compassionate and took the time to explain what was wrong with our shitz. They kept him over night and had him ready for us to pick him up to transport him to surgery. Very nice staff.
Have been here twice now and will never go back, will drive to or city Er. Staff is rude, didn’t want to answer my questions, made assumptions about the situation without first gathering facts from me. Was not given discharge paperwork when I left. Had I not called back after getting home, I would not have been told to remove a compression dressing one hour after we got home. Unfortunately this is the only option for emergency care in the nearby area but avoid it if you can. My mom took her puppy for his first vaccines yesterday and he had an anaphylactic reaction with severe vomiting and diarrhea and had to take him here overnight.
