They didn't clarify what my money was paying for so they left my dog in pain for hours while I waited to get his test back, so he sat alone in pain in his last hours of life and now he has passed on and I will never be the same again.

Made to feel as though I was going to bail on cremation bill after my bill paid in full for services rendered EVERYDAY ! My other pet will not go there as frnt desk and staff overrun the vets. Requested a consult for closure after my dog passed away, this I was willing to pay for gladly but was turned down by front desk stating vet would have no answers so why bother.
