I'm a disabled veteran and had been seeking treatment at the Columbus VA to repair a fracture tooth as well as the tooth next to it that ended up requiring a root canal. The VA uses their Community of Care program to refer vets to Central Ohio Endodontics for root canal procedures. Dr. Smith was SUPER nice as was his assistant Tammy. I was recently seen by Dr Smith for a failed root canal (done elsewhere). He was able to retreat the tooth and save it. He was thorough, personable, professional, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. I am beyond thankful and will absolutely see him again shall I need his services. Dr. Webster was fantastic!!! He put me at ease immediately. Everyone there was very professional and all about making me feel comfortable. Dr. Webster explained each step of the procedure before hand and made sure I was aware of what was happening along the way. I have to admit it was painless!!! Dr. Webster called me the following day to make sure all was well!
Everyone was professional and helpful .They made sure your comfort came first.Dr. Arens explained everything during the procedure eliminating surprises on my part. All financials were explained and clear to understand. A root canal is not everyones favorite, yet my experience very pleasant.
Dr. Smith explained the process well from the beginning. He was efficient and finished the procedure in no time. His assistant was helpful too. I did not experience any pain. Dr. Smith called to see how I was doing the next day. I would certainly recommend Dr. Smith to my family and friends. Kudos for Dr. Smith!!

I was so appreciative of how quickly I was able to be seen for an emergency root canal but most of all, so impressed with the expertise and professionalism of Dr. Charles Arens and his staff and office personnel. Quick, painless, educational, and calming....completely dispelled my anxiety. I was very thankful to have been referred to them and would highly recommend Dr. Arens!
Dr Smith and Staff were outstanding from start to finish. The front desk folks were pleasant, professional and answered all my many questions. Dr Smiths Techs were caring, knowledgable, professional, thorough and helpful. Dr Smith made a rough situation tolerable, painless and quick! They all have followed up with calls to make sure I was doing okay the day of root canal and several days after. Highly recommend them.
Dr. Menke got me in for a last minute root canal and while I was extremely nervous to have the procedure, he immediately put my mind at ease. He explained every step as we went along and made sure I was not having any discomfort. While no one wants to have a root canal, if you need one, go to Central Ohio Endodontics!!
