Problems with Product/Service My husband and I used to rent a house in Grand Junction Colorado under Caprock. We moved out December 28, 2020. Its March 8, 2021 and I'm still waiting on a response about my deposit. Problems with Product/Service Recently we tried to renew our lease with Caprock Real-estate. We worked with Kurt M******* through email to do this and on 1-4-2020 we signed through the tenant portal to extend the lease. On 1-12-2020 we received an email from him asking if we were going to renew, we responded that we though we already had and were waiting on him. Problems with Product/Service We stated we were renewing our lease in December 2020, thought all the paperwork was done. We got notice of collections due and potential eviction if not paid as they dropped us to month to month and increased the rent by 10% with no warning. Claiming nothing was done because their employee Kurt never finished the process. Now they are saying we have to redo every step.
Problems with Product/Service I am currently a tenant in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at Double Tree Apartments, which are through CapRock Real Estate. We haven't had too many issues with them until October 2020, when our toilet wasn't flushing. We went through the whole routine of turning the water off, looking in the back to see if the problem was there, or if it was clogged.
