What started out as a couple of drops of oil after replacing the right aisle seal is now a flood of oil coming from under the front of the vehicle. I will see my trusted Service Advisor Mon 2/19/24 although I have waited a week due to him being on vacation.
The service advisor was poor
Very disappointed they never wash my van and make some excuses all the time Very expensive of coolant service and I think they don't change the engine oil this time Who knows Very disappointed
I had Cerritos Nissan do a synthetic oil change. Also, I had Cerritos Nissan do a coolant flush. Cerritos Nissan was sloppy with the coolant flush. Cerritos Nissan left coolant all over the motor and radiator. Also, Cerritos Nissan did not refill the coolant. I had to go back the next day and wait over two hours for them to correct their problem of not refilling my coolant. Disappointing.
Did not rotate tires as requested, AGAIN! Did not provide a report of the mulitpoint inspection. Did not return calls. Not going back.
I was deeply disappointed by the shoddy complementary car wash. The car came out dripping with water as if they had no towel to wipe it. There was also a wide gap between the notification I received that the car was ready for pick up and the time the car finally came out. Even the customer service ladies at the front were surprised at the long time it took for the car to come out. They stood in the cold with me the entire time as I vented my frustration. Had a horrible experience.
Not satisfied at all, they did an inspection to my car for a on going problem and didn't find anything and now my won't run.
