I moved to Austin just in time to experience the unprecedented rise in the housing market. Jan Hill did an excellent job in helping obtain financing for my new home. She was always available to answer any question and explained all the options available. I would recommend Jan to anyone looking to finance or refinance their home!!

Jan Hill and her team were very professional and responsive throughout my entire home loan process. With my husband recently passing away, I did not know what to do in completing a loan to purchase our house. But, Jan was so supportive, explaining the entire process; and, she did not hesitate in answering any and all of my questions. The loan process was, therefore, easy and a good experience because of Jan and the team at CertaintyHomeLoans. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Jan Hill was very helpful in initiating the loan process and answering my many questions. I totally appreciated that she understood what my goals were and worked with me to find the best loan period and rates. Jan also expressed that she would work with me to pay the loan off quickly. I got the sense that she was honest and truly wanted the best experience for me. I am grateful for all her help and that of the rest of the team.

I've done two transactions with Jan and the latest one was relatively complex with many unexpected twists and turns along the way. Jan brought her extensive knowledge and direct communication style to bear on the issues and we figured them out one by one. She is an exceedingly fair dealer and very professional. Jan is the greatest :) I've worked with Jan twice now - first on my new home loan where she was the only lender that I could find who came up with the solution to my unique circumstances to secure a loan for my first home. And a second time to refinance. She's smart, patient, kind, and fun to work with. I could talk to her for hours. Closed both loans with no major hiccups. Great rates without hidden anything. Guided through the process all the way.

I'd never purchased a house before. I had, over time, been working on my credit. When we first ran my credit score, it looked great. Then, at the last minute, some sixty dollar charge from three years ago popped up. It was gonna cost me thousands of extra dollars. Jan couched me through the process of getting that off my credit score. She was dogged. I probably wouldn't have bought the house without her persistence.

I am so thankful for Jan and her team! They worked hard to get us the best loan possible. Not only did they do that but I could tell they cared about my family and wanted to do everything they could to make this process smooth and enjoyable. They made me feel like a part of their family.
