I moved from NH to GA and wanted a local lender since i did not know the area. I had never met Joy or her team but from the first conversation i had with Joy i knew i had found the right lender for me. I had complete trust in her from the start. Joy is very personable and was so ressuring every step of the process. Joy and her team work hard and felt like they really had my best interest at heart. I can't say enough. I appreciate you. Joy is a very fast worker and extremely knowledgeable. She is the best when it comes to an understanding and personable lender. She is the go-to person to handle the out of the ordinary situation because she will take care of it. She stays right on top of it and goes out of her way to accommodate you with what you need. Very friendly and easy to work with.
Joy and her team were so very good. I moved to Georgia from Colorado and everything went so nice. I came over to Georgia in July of 2018 to look at houses with my realtor and she got me in touch with Joy and I filled out on-line info for her. When we met in July it was mostly an hour or so of pleasant chit chat. The rest was sending paperwork to them that they needed from time to time. Everything went so very well. It was a pleasant experience working with Joy and her team. She is a miracle worker. I was in a time crunch and had to get things done very quickly and her team made it happen and I was able to close my refi on time.
I would recommend working with her. She was very friendly and prompt to respond. She was very easy to communicate with, and made sure the process was speedy.
