Vik Sasser was outstanding. He walked me through every process and was always there when I had any questions or concerns. All of the group that he works with were also excellent and I would highly recommend Certainty, along with Vik and his team to anyone looking to finance a home. My only complaints were with underwriting. My accountants and attorneys stated that underwriting put me through way too much and was far too excessive on documentation and proof required of me.
