I was very happy with the results. Certified sent Dale, who lives in a nearby community. He worked quickly and I was so happy with the cost and great work that I started a list of upgrades I plan to have them do for me.

Had trouble turning a stairway light, connected by a three way switch, on and off. Called Certified and the person who answered the phone asked pertinent questions about the problem. He informed me that it was probably just a faulty switch. He scheduled the appointment for the next work day. The electrician arrived within the given time window. Replaced outlets and circuit breaker, wiring.
Prompt reply to initial call and quick response to servicing-- within 24 hrs. Technician was on time and overcame challenges of light design to replace ballast! The fee charged was very reasonable!! I will not hesitate to use them again!!
Installer arrived on time, stayed focused on the job, installed adequate quality products, sufficiently cleaned up afterwards
